Take U.S. Highway 75 to
Interstate Highway 635.

Take 635 east to State
Highway 175.

Take 175 east to Kaufman.
As you are entering Kaufman, 175 splits.

Stay right on 175 to Athens.

As you are entering Athens
you will come to a “T” as 175 meets Highway 31.

Turn left at the “T”.
Stay on 175 through Athens go 17 miles to the Poyner city limit
sign.

As you leave Athens you
will pass the La Poyner School and La Poyner Church of Christ
(both on your left).

You will come to a green
town sign for Poyner (says population 314). This is on the right
side of the road.
Directly across from the green town sign is where you will turn
left onto FM 4344.

It is not marked very well.
As you turn onto FM 4344 there will be a sign on your left that
says Sanctuary Camp & Retreat Center.

Follow FM 4344 for approximately
1 mile to a “T”.

Turn left at the “T”
onto a paved road (FM 4343).

Go approximately 8/10 of
a mile and on the right you will see a sign for the Sanctuary
Camp & Retreat Center.

Turn onto this road and
follow it until you reach the main camp area.
