For Village Commons:

Tucked in among the cabins you will find two larger common buildings appointed as meeting spaces. These are useful for small group meetings and social centers for the village of cabins. Each building will accommodate 40-50 individuals comfortably.

Our open-air pavilion will accommodate 500 people. Sloped amphitheater style floor assures that everyone will have a good view for your events. A sprawling stage at the front of the pavilion should serve any purpose that your group can dream up. Any seating arrangement is possible from rows of chairs to no chairs at all depending upon your needs. Projection screen is available and A/V equipment can be arranged at your request

Main Meeting Hall:

The open and well-lit dining/meeting space offers a large fireplace with a sprawling stone hearth. Firewood is always readily available in case your meeting calls for the ambiance of a crackling fire. The main room will accommodate approximately 200 people seated at tables. The screened in patio provides a relaxing environment to which you may retire after meals. Just outside the main building are picnic tables that give diners the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while they dine.
Speaking of dining, the main meeting hall contains a full service kitchen with cafeteria serving line. Sanctuary also offers a snack bar next to the pool. The snack bar has a covered seating area for casual snacking or socializing. There is a designated picnic area outside the main meeting building or if you're feeling adventurous you can take your picnic anywhere on the 105 acres of wooded landscape.
